Our factory's newly launched high-end custom glass perfume bottle series, centered around "ingenious craftsmanship and unique aesthetics," has garnered significant attention from perfume brands and the beauty market. The bottles are made from a combination of highly transparent crystal glass and borosilicate glass. The crystal glass bottles are as transparent as diamonds, meticulously hand-polished to a refractive index of 1.54, resulting in a dazzling luster under light. The borosilicate glass bottles offer excellent chemical resistance, making them compatible with a wide range of perfume concentrates and preventing any reaction between the material and the fragrance. The craftsmanship incorporates a number of innovative technologies, including 3D diamond cutting, vacuum plating, and gradient spray painting. The 3D diamond cutting is handcrafted by artisans with 20 years of experience, resulting in 88 facets on the bottle, creating a smooth, angular silhouette. Vacuum plating utilizes a nano-scale metal coating, creating a variety of premium hues, including gold, silver, and champagne gold, that resist chipping. The gradient spray painting utilizes imported, environmentally friendly paint, creating a natural transition from light pink to soft purple, clear blue to dark green, catering to diverse fragrance styles. In terms of customized services, it supports full-dimensional personalization of bottle shape, craftsmanship, and capacity: the bottle shape can be developed into exclusive shapes such as square, conical, and curved according to brand needs, with a minimum order quantity as low as 500 sets; the capacity covers mainstream specifications of 15ml, 30ml, 50ml, and 100ml, suitable for perfume samples, formal and gift box sets; the bottle body can be laser engraved with brand logos, patterns or limited numbers, and the bottle cap is available in a variety of materials such as metal, acrylic, and wood. At present, this series has reached cooperation with a niche French perfume brand and a domestic emerging perfume brand to launch a co-branded perfume bottle. The number of cooperative orders in the first month of listing exceeded 20,000 sets.
